TargetProof, LLC ("TargetProof," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through our websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we are
TargetProof, LLC provides cybersecurity services for residences and family offices. Our public website is targetproof.com, hosted on Netlify. Legacy subdomain URLs (programs, model, academy) redirect to the same site.

Information we collect
Information you provide voluntarily
- Meeting requests - When you schedule a call through HubSpot Meetings (sales, Standard, or Premium house calls), you may provide your name, email, and other details you enter in the scheduler.
- Academy applications - On targetproof.com/academy, our application form may collect your name, work email, role, experience, track selection, credential information, optional credential file uploads or badge links, preferred start date, and your written responses. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms.
- Practitioner Access requests - Candidates may request confidential curriculum access by providing name, work email, credential, and NDA acknowledgment. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms.
- Readiness assessments - The House Call Readiness self-assessment runs in your browser. If you optionally submit your score summary, we may collect your name, email, credential, score, and result band through Netlify Forms.
- Contact and inquiry forms - If you submit a form on targetproof.com or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics - We use HubSpot tracking (portal ID 244765647) on our sites to understand how visitors use our pages. This may include pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers.
- Server and hosting logs - Netlify and HubSpot may log technical data such as IP address, request time, and browser user-agent for security and reliability.
- Self-assessments - Some Academy pages include readiness tools that run in your browser. Those responses are not transmitted to us unless you separately submit them.
How we use your information
We use personal information only to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations you request
- Review and process Academy applications
- Operate, secure, and improve our websites
- Communicate with you about services or applications you initiated
- Meet legal, accounting, or compliance obligations
We do not use your information to sell data, and we do not permit third parties to use it for their own marketing.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- HubSpot - Analytics, meeting scheduling, and CRM for contacts you create through our sites
- Netlify - Website hosting for targetproof.com; form submission handling for Academy applications
- Font and CDN providers - Google Fonts, Font Awesome, and jsDelivr may receive your IP address when pages load typography or scripts
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We require appropriate safeguards through our agreements with them where applicable.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TargetProof, our clients, or others.
Cookies and similar technologies
HubSpot may set cookies or use similar technologies for analytics and to recognize returning visitors. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. HubSpot's cookie practices are described in HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described - typically for the duration of an inquiry, application review, client relationship, or as required by law. Academy application materials are kept for recruitment and compliance purposes and deleted or archived when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Opt out of certain processing (where applicable)
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our websites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have received such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Offline client tools
The TargetProof Sanctuary Model client kit used during Ultra engagements runs locally on your devices. It does not transmit your household assessment data to TargetProof unless you separately choose to share it with us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
