Is this one of those “tech support” scams?
No. We don’t cold-call you, we don’t demand remote access over the phone, and we never ask for gift cards or wire transfers. TargetProof is a registered Atlanta LLC. Visits are by appointment. You stay present. You’re welcome to have a family member on the call or in the room.
Do you need my passwords?
We work with you on the accounts you choose to harden. You stay in control of credentials. Where we help set multi-factor authentication or a password manager, we explain each step in plain language before anything changes.
Can I book for a parent?
Yes — adult children book often. You’re welcome to join the free call and the house call. See also our seniors page for a simpler overview.
